Situated on a clifftop with 10 acres of beautifully forested land with unparalleled views of the Salish Sea, Mt. Denman & Desolation Sound. Surrounded by The Williams Beach Trail System which provides many kilometres of woodland hiking. There is no beach access from the property but we're just a short walk to the Alders Beach which offers long stretches of sand for walking, swimming and exploring tidal pools. Your hosts are happy to assist you in any way they can to make your stay memorable.

Welcome to your cozy retreat in Cumberland! The Cumberland Coach House is a brand new, second story, self contained unit. We are family friendly, and we have all the kitchen utensils/cooking tools to make your stay comfortable. The Cumberland Coach house has air conditioning for those warm summer days. Located in the heart of Cumberland. It is a 3 minute walk to the main street where all the restaurants and the brewery is located. The best mountain biking trails are a 2 minute bike ride away!

Watch for whales as you brew your morning espresso and plan your adventure. Take a walk to the amazing Seal Bay Park trails nearby or head out to explore the local beaches and mountains. Entrance is via your own private keyless entrance with ample parking right out front.

The walk-on beach is lovely, the view is breathtaking, from summer heat to winter storms, it is peaceful, serene and some days the sound of the surf, eagles and herons are all you hear. The Valley is nature personified and Kye Bay is a jewel - the breath of sea air in the morning is worth the visit for sure!

A beautiful place for marine life enthusiasts with plenty of whale and sea lion sittings throughout the year.

Walk out your door, pick fresh oysters & clams and cook them in our beach firepit while enjoying the sunset. Launch your boat or use one of our kayaks. Don't forget your water shoes and hiking boots so you can enjoy the mulitude of walking trails and cliffside walk. Preferably suitable for adults. Windows and outside stairs are not child proof.
