A short walk to the world renowned Rathtrevor beach and the Black Goose Pub! There is lots of room for everyone with 3 bedrooms (1 king & 1 queen bed) & a full bathroom downstairs plus a loft style bedroom (two single beds) & full bathroom upstairs. This fully equipped cottage has a bbq on the private deck as well easy access to all the resort has to offer!

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

This adult-only one bedroom cottage includes a cozy bedroom on the upper level, accessed by a spiral staircase. Fully furnished living room. Full kitchen with dining table. Relax on your private deck or under the shade of the arbutus trees and enjoy the views. One small to medium sized dog is welcome. Sorry, no cats. Maximum number of guests: 2

The cottage does not have ocean view, however, the waterfront is only 30 meters away on our property.
