We are located 5 min drive from the airport, a short walk to Kye Bay beach & 45 min drive to Mt Washington.

Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. This suite is located on a quiet street and within easy walking distance to Powell Lake, to a lovely ocean beach, our local brewery and a boutique mall with cafe, bakery, grocery store and other cool shops. The space has wonderful amenities including a spa-worthy bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and two patio spaces.

Our property is located only a quick 5 minute walk to Frolander Bay Beach and a 10 minute drive to the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal. This space is perfect for getting the camping feel without any of the hassle of packing up all of your own camping supplies!
