Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

Where the star gazing is amazing and the sounds of nature will comfort you as you wind down for the evening. You have your own private area complete with a barbeque and outside lights to provide that special glow on those warm summer nights. We have hiking and biking trails walking distance away. Our many beautiful beaches, lakes and golf course are only a few minutes drive away.

Our Tiny Home has beautiful views of Frolander Bay and is nestled on a hill at the top of our 2.5 acre property. For those who enjoy the beach, it is only a quick walk down the street to Beach Access on Scotch Fir Point Road and less than a 5 minute drive to a lovely private beach at Canoe Bay. The Stillwater Bluffs are walking distance and worth checking out, especially on a clear day! We are located 10 mins from the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal and 25 mins to downtown Powell River.
