Stunning views - cabin near Hay-on-Wye

Glorious views both from veranda & within this warm spacious, light yet cosy cabin. Perfect place to watch the weather go by & the ever-changing views by the fire or from a hammock. You feel like you are miles away from everything whilst only being a short drive from anything you need. The privacy, hammocks and wood burner make it generally blissful! Optional breakfast/meals.

The Sage Hut - safe, private, warm and cosy

The Sage Hut is a traditional well-insulated structure set on a sturdy all-metal chassis and wheels. Double glazed windows & bed are new this year making it even more warm and cosy. It enjoys lovely views to the south with its own peaceful small yard/garden & private car parking space. It enjoys mains electricity, hot & cold water; the shower/loo is approx 25m away . There is a guest fridge and microwave in the stable block. The woodburning stove is highly efficient. Continental breakfast.

Cosy, self-contained guest annexe in quiet stream-side, woodland setting. Dogs welcome. Close to Hay on Wye bookshops, Festival sites, eateries and Castle. Ideal for exploring Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons, Offa’s Dyke and Gospel Pass. Comfortable bedroom with superking or single beds, sofa, ensuite shower and drying room. Separate entrance and eating area with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge. Simple breakfast provided. Safe parking. Bench and Picnic table. Perfect for a relaxing break.

Golwg y Gamlas (Canal View)

Set in the centre of the Brecon Beacons National Park, this canal side spacious property (with en-suite) is set back from the road and offers tranquility. A great range of walks including Pen y Fan can be started from the front door. The traditional local pub (CAMRA award winner) is less than 150 metres away and serves a great variety of dishes. Laburnum Cottage, Kington: on Welsh borders

Laburnum Cottage is a modernised annexe - see photos. Situated just outside Kington (at the bottom of a steep lane below Kington Golf Course) in the heart of walking country. We are close to Welsh border towns too. For walking - historic Offa’s Dyke is a few fields away. Penrhos Gin and British Cassis tours are near. Weobley and Brilley (where the film Hamnet was filmed) and Hay-on-Wye (book festival) are all a 20-minute drive away. Train stations are: Leominster or Hereford. Walkers welcome.

NO KITCHEN but there is a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle & Nespresso machine. In 20 acres of grounds with stunning views. Crickhowell High Street is 10 minutes walk . Direct access to footpaths to the River Usk from the property & mountain walks to Table Mountain and beyond just across the road. Secure parking & bike storage.

Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!!

Self contained annexe, Hay on Wye

This self-contained studio is the perfect location for cycling, canoeing, gliding, horse riding, fishing, wild swimming, and exploring the Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons and Wye Valley. A footpath at the door, with just a 5 min walk to the river and approx. 1 mile to the Offa's Dyke path which takes you to Hay Bluff. Very pleasant footpath/ bike route to the town . Bike storage on request, CCTV cameras on premises and free car park space provided.

Cwrt Nwylon, private accommodation

Located very close to The Brecon Canal and theatre, 5 min level walk to Brecon town. Cwrt Nwylon is a private annex, en-suite bedroom with king size bed, lounge, dining area and kitchenette with tea, coffee making facilities, microwave . We live on site, so can help if required! we also have a small dog called Bella. The area is ideal for people who enjoy all types of county pursuits or just want to relax.
