Fully renovated in April 2023 it features modern design, thought-out layout, 2 new air-conditioners and hand-painted murals that will make your photos pop! In 60 sqm there is living room with smart TV, designated working desk, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and coffee machine, dining zone, bedroom with new king mattress, bathroom with rain shower, balcony.
