In 2015 the house was completely renovated with an extension built using straw bales that keeps the house cool in the summer an warm in the winter. Excelente moradia para passar umas férias calmas , mas perto da praia e do centro. É constituída por 3 quartos, 3 casas de banho ,sala de estar e cozinha totalmente equipada . Pátio com barbeque a gás onde pode desfrutar de refeições ao ar livre. Piscina privada virada a sul e iluminada de noite, aquecida com taxa adicional.

Casa Carolina-海景渔夫小屋

Seaview cottage in the Rossio area of Albufeira. This restored fisherman's cottage overlooks the penedo beach and is a 5 minute walk away from the old city center. Great for a beach break. 1 Double room + 1 room with small bed + 1 sofa bed in living room. Note: There is a cat shelter nearby. We keep repelent in the house and most of the times the cats don't go into the terrace, but if you are allergic to cats, we do not recommend booking here.

For your convenience, an Intermarché supermarket is just 400 meters away, and an Aldi is 950 meters from the villa.

Our space is near to restaurants, shops, nightlife, oldtown, public transportation, and parks. But at the same time is locate in a very calm area. You will love this space because of the location, the views, the private pool with the surrounding green space. My space is good for families (with children) and large groups.
