The cottage is attached to the new Ranch House (which is expected to be complete by end of June), we do our best not to disturb guests. Cottage remains totally private. The apartment is spacious, about 500 sq ft with sliding door opening to a large deck with table and chairs, propane BBQ, and views of mountains. Lounge chairs are available in the warmer months. It is an ideal location, so close to Chico Hot Springs, 4-5 restaurants and bars, fishing, hiking and the quaint western town of Livingston!
