The 1833 farm house was remodel for the modern conveniences expected in todays homes. It has 150 acres that includes a fishing pond (not for swimming), fire pit, walking paths and woods for exploring. Ideal for bicyclist, hikers, boaters, golf groups, and those who want a private place to get away to relax with family and friends.

A large patio provides privacy and relaxation with a view of the farm. Perfect for work crews, stays, or just passing through. Ample parking for various vehicles.

We are just 5 mile off of I70 and centrally located among many places of interest. Go out or stay in. The outdoor living space is pretty spectacular! Step into a piece of Eaton history. Built 100 years ago by a local doctor, this private apartment once served as his office—and later as our beloved Gigi’s home. Now it’s a cozy downtown retreat with vintage charm and modern comfort. Enjoy two separate outdoor entrances for complete privacy, while we live next door in the main house. A peaceful place to unwind and catch some zzs.
