Parterul vilei este open space si include spatiul de luat masa, livingul cu semineu si o toaleta. Demisolul inculde o bucatarie complet utilata, spatiul de luat masa si toaleta.

The house is located in a highly rated neighbourhood from Predeal, 5 minutes distance by car from the ski slope, 10 by foot. The terrace is sublime on all seasons offering an watchtower with a perfect forest view and a nice barbecue grill. There are two apartments, one on top of which other connected by the exterior stairs.
