Set in the garden of our home with private garden for guest to use. Access through gate to woodland and Lytham. kitchen with microwave, toaster,kettle,fridge two ring hob, coffee machine. Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

Warton home close to Lytham, Blackpool & BAE

Semi-detached house situated in Warton, recently renovated. Sleeps up to six. Comfortable and quiet location. Convenient for visiting many places on the Fylde Coast such as Lytham, St Annes-on-Sea, Blackpool, Cleveleys and Fleetwood. Great for people on holiday, attending weddings at nearby Ribby Hall and The Villa or working at BAE Systems. Fabulous location for renowned Lytham Festival and Lytham Hall. An hour away from Lake District. Best of both worlds- close to sea and countryside.

Croston Traditional Town House, village location

A lovely newly renovated house situated in the historic village of Croston, built circa 1890. A 5 minute walk to the centre of this pretty village. Where 3 country pubs and 2 restaurants can be enjoyed. The house is equal walking distance to Croston’s small railway station, with regular links to Preston, Ormskirk and Liverpool. There is parking directly outside the front of property. You can relax in the sunny secluded South West facing garden which comes equipped with garden furniture.

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.
