U ovom ugodnom smještaju u centru grada Rijeke sve vam je nadohvat ruke. Iako se nalazi u centru, ovaj smještaj nudi veliki vrt te se nalazi u maloj mirnoj ulici. U vrtu se nalazi konoba s unutrašnjim kaminom za roštilj. Kućica je novo uređena te je svime opremljena. 25 minuta pješke potrebno je do prve plaže na Pećinama (gradskom kupalištu). Također postoje plaze na Kantridi koja su udaljene autom otprilike 14 minuta i u Kostreni koje su udaljene autom 15 minuta.

Jedes Studio ist eine Abgeschlossene Einheit und hat eigenes Bad. Gemeinsam ist jedoch nur der Haupteingang.

Our cozy studio is set in a restored barn within a 100-year-old house in Mala Učka, Istria’s highest village at 950m above sea level. Located in a protected cultural site within Učka Nature Park, it's an ideal escape from the crowds. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, hiker, hunter, cyclist, or paraglider, this peaceful mountain retreat offers fresh air, quiet surroundings, and the perfect base for outdoor adventures and total relaxation.

The apartment is located in the eastern part of New Vinodolski, quiet and green, about 800 m from the center and 150 m from the sea. Situated at ground level in a self standing small house with cathedral ceiling decorated with real wooden beams. It is fully equipped, with a view of the east coast of the island Krk. Outside is a terrace. We are a pet friendly accommodation ; pet fee is 10E per day per pet.

Schlafzimmer mit Bad und Küche haben Bodenheizung sowie Klimaanlage. Im Winter steht eine Heizstrahler im Wintergarten zur Verfügung.
