Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. The property is in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular East Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Christine) live in the Old Forge with my husband & will usually greet you upon arrival.

Parking for 1 car. EV charging available. 45p pkw Guests must be 25+ There are multiple floors levels and various steps inside, this property isn’t suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Secret of Eden Beach House - Pet friendly WiFi E.V

Our pet friendly beach house has a seaside theme inside, with log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We have provided fibre broadband, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod for when the weather is not so great. It’s a short walk to the beach. Free EV charging for guests. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more.

Beautiful One Bedroomed Character Cottage

This unique cottage has a style all of its own. A modern property built in an old English style with large open fireplace, oak beams and wooden floors throughout. The cottage is set back off the road in a quiet courtyard with a lovely seating area to take in the daytime sun, The bedroom has a grand king size four posted bed with period furniture. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests but this must be booked prior to stay, all bedding and towels are provided

Skylark Beach House is situated on Blue Anchor Road, a favourite location with Bay regulars as it is close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre, but also very private. Enter through the side door into the spacious open plan living area. There are two bedrooms - king and then superking or twin. If you are 5 guests, we will also provide bedding for the small double guest bed in the living room area. Free access to the resort pool, sauna, steam room and gym

Take a break and unwind in a characterful cottage set in beautiful countryside. This 18th century grade-II listed property is right beside the River Seven, in the picturesque village of Sinnington, and the North York Moors National Park. The cottage is full of original character, whilst having all the amenities needed for a relaxing break. Many amazing walks can be enjoyed from right outside the door and the wonderful village pub and restaurant is only a few minutes walk away.
