Soak up the sun on the private beach and dock which’s is well stocked with canoes and beach toys. The lake offers great winter activities too. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and scenic views. The cabin is located on a quiet part of the lake and is backed by protected forrest with kilometres of nature trails for you to explore.

The cabin is built from white spruce logs so you will enjoy the authentic log cabin experience, with all the amenities you'd expect of a luxury chalet, so you will have the best of both worlds. Its nestled in picturesque forest in a quiet and secluded location, so you will enjoy total privacy. Thanks to our neighbours we also have access to 10 kms of private hiking/biking/ski trails. Its a short drive to Christopher and Emma Lake beaches and 30 mins to Prince Albert National Park/Waskesieu.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place in the heart of Sunnyside. 1/2 block to the best beach on Emma Lake. In walking distance to all amenities including restaurants, mini-golf, groceries, ice cream, golf course and bar. Great outdoors space. Deck with furniture and a BBQ. Kids play house with lots of toys. Great park with playground right across the street. And also a firepit and chairs, along with firewood so you can enjoy evening outside.

Just a short 4-minute walk to a private beach for Birch Bay locals. Boat launch available at neighbouring Mcphail Cove. Features an indoor gas fireplace, 4-piece bath, outdoor dining area, BBQ, Fire pit, and 2 single-seat Kayaks. Firewood available. Ample parking for a family or group. Cabin comfortably sleeps up to 7.

Golfers/Family Retreat, Keystone Park

Large, 6 bedroom, 8 beds and large sectional, 2.5 bathroom, 3000 sq ft cottage in Keystone Park Resort, Emma Lake area. This is a quiet development on Tuddles lake. The lake is suitable for non-motorized watercraft, we do not advise swimming in this lake. The public beach is only 5 minutes by car. The cottage is close to 4 premiere golf courses, public beach, marina, restaurants, galleries, quad and snowmobile trails. Families or groups welcome.
