Varsity Creek (College Heights) Bachelor Suite

Pet-friendly bachelor suite with private entrance centrally located in College Heights. Suite backs on to private garden/patio & forested public walking trails. Public transit, groceries, clothing outlets, restaurants, big box stores and a 24hr fitness all within a few minutes walk. We are a family oriented home, as such, you may hear the sounds of tiny feet but usually not between the hours of 9pm to 7am. If you are looking for a private, peaceful retreat while in Prince George- you’ve got it!

Completely renovated house with full amenities with everything you’ll need for a long term of short term stay. Full size washer and dryer are located at the bottom of the stairs in the basement. Ac as well as Dyson fans in the bedrooms. Walking distance to nearest mall ( Pine Center, 3min) restaurants, shopping and grocery stores and anything else you’ll need. Parks are right around the corner as cricket field and basketball court at the elementary school. Close to CNC and CN Center as well.

Get out of the hustle and bustle of town to a quiet setting, yet so close to everything. Located on Cranbrook Hill, a 15 acre farm setting. You will have your own private entrance with full kitchen and bath, and in-suite laundry. We are a family of 4, plus Piper the indoor dog and Diesel the outdoor dog. They are friendly and loves belly rubs. We live upstairs with 2 teens, who occasionally have friends over after school or weekends, typical family noise expected, but we are respectful.

Located within walking distance to hospital, BC Cancer Center, downtown core & Duchess park which features an updated children's playground, pump track, tennis courts, off leash dog park & biking trails. Nearby there is a movie theatre, a shopping mall, various restaurants & other amenities.

WIFI, Telus Optik TV, Netflix and Prime. Second bed&bedding available. 1 dog is welcome (14 kg max)however must be pre approved prior to booking.

Up the Ladder in the loft you'll find a king size bed, in the washroom a shower with a handmade penny floor and composting toilet, outside is a fenced yard shared with our young family and friendly dog.
