Located directly across the street from Appomattox Manor Park and the rivers, this newly renovated home was designed with guest experience in mind. Every inch of this decorator-grade, 500 square foot 1910 house is fresh, whimsical and filled with charming vintage character. Enjoy this quaint Cozy Cottage with bedroom loft! This adorable 1-bedroom unique place has a style all its own. Built in the 1960’s behind the main house, it has floor to ceiling pine paneling, pine floors and fireplace. It has been recently remodeled with new tiled bathroom , newly remodeled kitchen and stainless steel appliances. A new Heating and Air unit was installed summer 2021. The pine paneling and 16 foot high ceilings gives it that "cottagey" feel.

Enjoy having the whole house to yourself! Make a meal in the kitchen, watch TV while stretched out on the couch, and snuggle up in one of the queen size beds. We have 3 bedrooms each with a Queen Bed, and a Queen Pull out Coach Bed. Every Bedroom also has a TV!! We also have an additional Two(2) Air Mattress. Total we can sleep 10-12. We have USB charging cables in every room. Our goal is to create a comfortable stay that is relaxing and convenient for all.
