Parking not included, refer to my guidebook on the parking info. **** Attention ****, the pub directly under the unit plays very loud music til 1-2am on weekend nights, please read more info in the note.

Unique Ground floor one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in the Mt. Hope Neighborhood on the East Side. Near bus line (r), Easy to Amtrak Train station. One mile from RISD & Brown front gates, Fully furnished with a queen sized bed and dresser as well as a pull-out couch. Kitchen is fully functional and also furnished. Near many great bars, restaurants and stores. We have Chickens on the premises. They make some noise, but aren't intrusive. They sleep when its dark, there is no rooster.

Potential basement storage for long-term stays. Ceilings are low in places, may not be comfortable for taller than 6'.
