Επίσης υπάρχουν δύο μπάνια το ένα εκ των οποίων εξοπλίζεται με υδρομασάζ, καθώς και μια ευρύχωρη κουζίνα.

Το μικρό σπίτι βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του ιστορικού οικισμού της παλαιάς Νικήτης δίπλα ακριβώς από το Χοροστάσι, τον χώρο όπου γίνονταν οι γιορτές και τα πανηγύρια του παραδοσιακού χωριού.Το σπίτι, είναι δομημένο με την παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική του τόπου, φτιαγμένο με τα υλικά της πέτρας και του ξύλου.
