I am Andriana, half Swiss, half Greek and I am your host. Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

The Chalet is situated on the scenic mountain side of Klokos, right in the heart of a hilly, forest and only a 7-minute drive from the town of Kalavryta. At our home, you will experience exceptional privacy as well as a breathtaking view from each and every direction-you are on the top of a mountain! Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Το κατάλυμα μας προσφέρει ζεστασιά, απομόνωση και υπέροχη θέα στο βουνό του Παρνασσού καθώς βρίσκεται σε πλαγιά, στο ψηλότερο σημείο του χωριού.

Το δεντρόσπιτο είναι κατασκευασμένο σε περιφραγμένο οικόπεδο, διαθέτει σίτες σε όλα τα παράθυρα και στα 500 μέτρα βρίσκεται η πυροσβεστική και η αστυνομία. Θα χρειαστείτε αυτοκίνητο για εύκολη πρόσβαση.

It is a complex of two (2) independent accommodations with a shared pool and yard. Enjoy our semi-mountainous and picturesque village at 320 meters altitude, with the magnificent view of the Gulf of Corinth. Feel moments of relaxation and fun in the pool. The accommodation is 5 kilometers from the sea, with many beautiful beaches. (The last 50 meters to access the property is a concrete road slightly uphill)

Our tiny house "Olivia" in the olive grove will offer you harmony and calmness. In Olivia you will avoid the city noise and lights, but you will have everything you need at hand (supermarket, coffee shop, bakery, restaurant are approximately 1km away). The local beach and bars are about 400m away. Reconnect with nature in this unforgettable escape. Enjoy!
