Welcome to our designer apartment in the French town. A stone's throw away from the beach promenade, the apartment has two AC bed rooms with attached bathrooms and balconies, and an air-conditioned living room with a sofa-bed. There is a lift as well. We have everything you need to give time a break: a fully equipped kitchen, premium furnishings, AC, hot water, linen and towels, television, high-speed WIFI, washing machine. There's ample parking space on the boulevard for you to park your car.

The flat is 50 meters from the seashore and about 500 meters from the Gandhi Statue, Sri Aurobindo Ashram, and many cafés and restaurants. Getting around is easy with autos, cab rentals, and scooter rentals nearby. We provide secure car parking, and being on the ground floor makes the unit convenient for senior citizens.

Quiet, rustic and serene, the cottage is located on Sea Shell Avenue, a road leading to the beach off the East Coast Road at Akkarai. Our surroundings are very peaceful and green. The beaches unspoilt and perfect for taking long walks and dipping your feet (not recommended for swimming, though). Built in a corner of our property, the cottage is the perfect place to unwind. There is space for parking a single guest vehicle.. We also have in house security.
