Se encuentra a 5 minutos del centro del pueblo de Santa Ursula , con varios supermercados y buenos restaurantes. Placed in the north cost of Tenerife, as part of a small private housing development of only 12 houses, it´s surrounded by banana plantations, excepcional views protected natural area of La Rambla Castro, where canarian nature and seashore can be enjoyed.

Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.
