We are in Zicatela , 1 block from the new Market and one block from the Beach with a Amazing view, we have a small little kitchen for simple things, coffe machine with coffee, Alkaline water filter for safe drinking, hot water, ac, good speed wifi, fiber optic best in Puerto and a roof hang out area with starlink wifi as well! you can do yoga or watch the sunset, work, hang out with amazing ocean view ! Ubicado en La Punta Zicatela, a unos minutos caminando de la playa, restaurantes y demás atracciones. Perfecto para trabajar en línea, con el mejor internet de la zona, con fibra óptica y Starlink. O descansa y relájate en la hamaca en tu propia terraza. Tiene un pequeño patio privado y separado por una reja, con hamaca, mesa y un par de sillas. En su interior, una cama queen size, aire acondicionado (AC), cocineta con frigo, cafetera y filtro de agua. Baño completo y un pequeño clóset.

Disfruta de este hermoso y luminoso studio, a solo 100 metros de una las mejores playas para surfear del mundo. Caminando te toma 15 min llegar a la famosa calle del Morro o a La Punta, las 2 zonas de bares y restaurantes con gastronomía local e internacional, ideal para una escapada romántica. Si deseas nadar en una hermosa playa será necesario trasladarse en auto, te tomará solo 10 min. Considerar que el internet en casa es básico. Posiblemente no sea suficiente para videoconferencias.

El estudio esta en el 2do piso y tiene vista al mar! Nosotros vivimos la idea de cuidar nuestro mundo con todo su belleza. Así no tenemos calentadores ni aire acondicionado por sus altos consumos de energía. Igualmente reutilizamos materiales de construcción para todos los proyectos!
