This is an amazing beach front house with a beautiful view to the ocean. Beautiful sunsets and a lot of sea shells. Walking distance from Crash Boat Beach, great restaurants, bars & grills, and delicious food that you will absolutely love. You will also find Paseo Real Marina with kiosks, Alta mar mojitos, and Others. Also find rental bikes, Jet ski, and kayaks nearby. It has been completely remodeled in and out and equipped with new appliances and furniture. All rooms equipped with A/C.

The house is equipped with all of your needed amenities, including free cable, WiFi, gated parking, air-conditioned bedrooms, full kitchen and an automated Generac generator for a power outage. Our beachfront location has the added bonus of being just down the street from several bars and restaurants. All that Rincón has to offer is just 10-15 minutes away. Sorry no pets allowed.
