Located in Joyuda, Cabo Rojo, the West Coast of Puerto Rico, where you can enjoy the best seafood restaurants and the most beautiful sunsets of our Island. Rebuilt in 2008 by Certified Contractors of PR.

Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

You will also find Paseo Real Marina with kiosks, Alta mar mojitos, and Others. Also find rental bikes, Jet ski, and kayaks nearby. It has been completely remodeled in and out and equipped with new appliances and furniture. All rooms equipped with A/C.
