The Garden Spot is a brand new, modern construction in the heart of Little Rock, AR. It is situated in historic Capitol View-Stifft Station, over looking Woodruff Garden and Lamar Porter Field. It's 5 minutes from DT Little Rock, restaurants, bars, the Convention Center, Simmons Arena, less than ten minutes from the airport, and all major hospitals. We are 7 blocks from UAMS and the VA. We are in walking distance of "Oyster Bar" an iconic Little Rock favorite, and Whitewater Tavern live music

A mix of downtown vibrancy and small-town community make this a win-win option for guests who can also choose between the rental of only one unit or even all four. Unit A is a first level, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt with an open kitchen, dining, and living space with private patio.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful little studio cottage. Not far from Little Rock In the city of Alexander/Bryant. Three miles from Carters off road park. Very cozy personal little cottage backed by the woods. Comfortable adjustable full size bed for a great night sleep. Will accommodate one or two people. Down a long driveway, quiet and in a rural setting. If you bring a pet, we ask that you supervise them at all times. The place is small but cozy.

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

A 270 sq ft home fully equipped in downtown Little Rock. Dogs are allowed but we charge a fee of $5 each. 8 minutes from the air port, a 3 minute walk from McArthur Park which includes a dog park, a 10 minute walk from SOMA's nightlife and restaurants, and a few blocks from the Governors Mansion.
