Excelente Chacra con muy buena ubicación, 5 km del aeropuerto, 15 km de Piriapolis y 20 km de Punta del Este, a ambos lugares se llega en poco tiempo.Parada de ómnibus locales y departamentales justo en el kilómetro 107 donde se encuentra la Chacra. Esta cuenta con 6 dormitorios 5 baños y servicio con baño. Una barbacoa muy grande con estufa a leña, mesa de Ping pong, etc. Piscina, cancha de fútbol y voleibol. El lugar es muy tranquilo igualmente cuenta con alarma en todos los espacios, Directv.
