This adorable little villa is perched on the edge of a tidal river full of nature! There are mangroves, kingfishers, basilisk lizards, howler monkeys, armadillos and more. This special place is close to everything in Samara. It is only a 3 minute walk from the beach or the center of town. This apartment is located in the small and unique town of Islita. It is very private and secluded. It is located on the back of the property under our house. It has views of the river and forest. The river flows June to Dec. and is a major bonus! It is a 3 min. drive to the tranquillo Islita beach. The space is newly built and is clean, comfortable, safe and organized. You have all the necessities for your stay. Coffee, stove, towels, bedding, and we have reliable internet & TV.
