This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Das größere Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, das kleinere über zwei. Beide bieten eine eigene Terrasse zum Entspannen. Ein Grill lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Poolbereich und Sonnendeck können gemeinsam genutzt werden. Für unsere Gäste stehen insgesamt vier Parkplätze bereit.

Use of the sauna with extra cost of 150.-€ per week, to be paid on spot. The sauna is open every day from 17:00 to 20:00 h.

Has a large parking space in front of the house and has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with pull out couch, where 2 people can stay overnight. There is also a room with two single beds and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom with shower.

A private swimming pool and sun loungers as well BBQ facilities and outdoor dining is at your disposal, which makes this place ideal for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation. Villa Roza is situated in the heart of olive's yard. Private parking is possible and reservation is not needed. A baby cot is available upon request.
