We recently did several upgrades to our unit including a remodel of both bathrooms and new flooring. Our unit is at the end of the first floor which makes it very convenient for coming and going with skis in the winter and bikes in the summer.

The Ferringway condo complex is close to downtown and all of the Durango area amenities. Enjoy the outdoor hot tub and pool shared by the complex. This is a second story unit (no overhead noise). The wood-fireplace is cozy for fall and winter.
