Home has been updated with central air and heat, new water filtration system and softener, new furnishings, tile flooring, kitchen, and bathroom. Minutes from natural springs (Salt Springs Recreation Park) where you can swim. Activities in the area include canoeing, fishing, boating, hiking/walking trails, swimming, and much more. It's a great place to relax and get away. There's a fire pit and dock to enjoy as well.

Take a nap or read your favorite book on a hammock or explore the 42 acre lake, shared by only 5 homes, on either a paddle board or kayak. Enjoy the backyard horseshoe pit or old time Checkers on the front porch! Enjoy the genuine cabin logs that are displayed throughout while you enjoy the large kitchen, living room, and loft with a tv, games, movies, and books.
