Fantastic 3bedroom/2bath lakefront home. The private dock is perfect for catching dinner, launching your kayak or floating like a bobber. Water level can range 3-5ft at dock depending on rain. Bait shop and kayak rentals and less than 5min away. 2 private driveways. 2hr from Atlanta, 2.5hr from SC This is a perfect family getaway. Excellent location. We are located on a quiet street, no parties, events or functions allowed. Must be 25yr or older. Boat lift not included Approved STR License

Lake Oconee-Lakefront Villa in Cuscowilla (C-Unit)

Great convenient studio unit in the heart of the private Cuscowilla Resort. Located an hour and fifteen minutes from Atlanta and a perfect home base for a trip to Augusta in early April. The unit features 2 queen beds, a banquette/table, sitting area and kitchenette with sink, micro, mini-frig. The gated community offers walking trails, a dock behind the villa and lake access for our guests. If you need additional space, the first floor A/B units are listed on AirBnB as a 2bed/2bath option.

Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat.

Nice and quiet neighborhood, very convenient for your needs - marina, public boat ramp, grocery store, restaurants, shopping just minutes away.

Two bedroom 1 bath lake front home with beautiful gardens that bloom year round. Escape from the hustle to enjoy the water, listen to the songbirds or enjoy a book by the fire. Heat up the grill or watch the water while rocking in the rocking chairs on the screened in porch. This location is the most peaceful place in Georgia. We offer kayaks, floats and stand up paddle boards for some downtime. Put your boat in the water or rent one at the marina!
