Sunlit Apartment close to Beacon’s Main Street

Gaze out at views of Mount Beacon from the windows of this upper-floor apartment in a 2 family home (the hosts live downstairs). The home boasts a clean white palette interspersed with colorful handmade pottery, furniture, and artwork and a decorative rug in the living area. This quaint apartment is on the 2nd floor of our home. We are a young recently married couple who renovated this apartment ourselves, and we are excited to have guests enjoy it. The space is filled with handmade pottery, furniture and artwork created by us, and from our collection. We have a queen sized bed outfitted with a comfy Tuft and Needle mattress in the bedroom, and a couch that pulls out into a full sized bed in the living room. The space is ideal for 2, but sleeps 4. We live downstairs with our small dog, Charlie, and are accessible to answer any questions and offer recommendations on local activities, but will give you all the privacy you need. You are welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine in our comfy rocking chairs on our porch. Please know, our porch is a communal area, so you may find us out there during the nice weather doing to same! For your convenience, we have self check in with a keypad on the door. If you need to come a little earlier than check in time, or depart a little later, please let us know. When possible, we are more than happy to accommodate these requests. There is ample street parking in front of the house. We are a short drive from DIA Beacon, the Hudson River, Breakneck and Mt. Beacon, and walking distance to all the galleries, shops and restaurants Main Street has to offer. Guests can use the entire apartment, as well as our shared front porch area. We are available to answer any questions you may have throughout your stay. Please reach out through message if you need anything at all. You may see us walking our dog or enjoying some coffee on the porch. We are happy to enjoy a happy hour with you out there or give you all the privacy you need. The apartment in on a quiet street in Beacon within walking distance of The Roundhouse, Fishkill Creek, and Main Street. The Hudson River, Breakneck, and Mount Beacon are a short drive away.

Foxglove Farm

Peace and tranquility await you at the end of this private road surrounded by forest. My home is a log cabin with a private apartment on the lower level, which includes a patio as well as use of other outdoor spaces. There is a fire pit just past your patio and a short path will put you on the Appalachian Trail. As an herbalist and ethnobotanist, plants are my love and my livelihood. They are an integral part of my life and my home. I welcome you to stroll through the many gardens and paths.

3 private acres atop small mountain. Feels like you're way upstate - check out the reviews! Hi-speed WiFi. Next to forest preserve and hiking trails. Furnished deck w grill overlooks Mt. Beacon sunsets. Loft w/queen and twin mattresses + pull out couch & twin-size mattress day bed on the porch. Perfect for 2, comfortable for 3, but 4 is probably max comfort since it's a small space. Please note that the road heading up there is steep. A car with AWD is ideal but a sedan will make it up too!

Hiker's nest

This is a cozy room with private forest views and all the basic amenities (small kitchenette). We are located next to the entrance of Mount Beacon park (the free Loop Bus from the station drops you on our corner), a three-minute walk to the trail entrance, and a 25 minute walk to the train station and Main Street. The room is attached to the main house, but you have your own entrance with code access. We live in the main house, so we are here to answer questions or help with your stay.

Top Floor 2BR - Just Renovated!

This 2BR apartment is the entire top floor of an 1870 brick house. Extensively renovated in 2021 - all new kitchen, major updates to the bathroom, furniture and decor throughout. Directly behind the house is Fishkill Creek and abandoned railway tracks (you can walk to Main St on them in 10 minutes). 10 minute walk to Main Street (many restaurants, cafes, galleries, etc) 10 minute walk to Mt Beacon TrailHead. (It's not a hotel and not on Main Street: it's in a residential neighborhood) Cozy, small space set up for a couple (or solo traveler) looking for a relaxing short escape from "The Real World". A couple days here really feels likes so much longer (especially if you take a steam and a jacuzzi)!

This space is a unique and private dwelling on 5.5 acres of property. The tiny house is a newly renovated modern and artistically designed space. Guests will have access to the back yard and wood lands. There are small trails and sitting areas that guests are free to enjoy. There is also a hiking trail walking distance down the street that leads to the Fishkill Ridge and Beacon.
