Welcome to your renovated luxury oceanfront suite — a peaceful retreat for couples or a single person. This private, lower level space offers stunning ocean and mountain views. Enjoy an Endy king bed, ensuite with heated floors, well-equipped kitchenette, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a patio with BBQ and fire pit. Stroll the rocky beach, explore by kayak or paddle board, and watch for whales, seals, and eagles. 15 min to the airport, 30 min to the ski resort and to world class mountain biking trails.

Extremely private, off-grid location that's boat access only (return boat ride from Egmont included!). Nestled in the lush forest, just steps from a private pebble / rocky beach, this is the most secluded spot on the property with spectacular view of Jervis Inlet. At a spacious 602 ft2, there's plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Features include: In-tent ensuite bathroom, Private outdoor kitchen, Fire pit, King bed, Sofa bed, Solar generator for electronic devices (cell service in area)

Pender Harbour - Your Dock On The Bay

Oceanfront property on Gunboat Bay in Pender Harbour with room for the entire family. A wrap around balcony provides views, dinning and living space. Closer to the ocean is another deck with BBQ, oven and seating for 10. The 40' dock includes kayaks and a swim ladder. We can accommodate up to a 40' boat for an additional charge of $50 per night subject to availability. There is a fenced in area that includes the back patio where your pets can roam safely - please pick up after them.

Savary Island Time

Our custom-crafted guest cabin is nestled in the forest with plenty of light and a view through the trees on high bank property to the ocean. Its simple luxuries will have you taking deep breaths and tuning into island time within minutes of arriving. Located on Savary Island Road, used primarily by walkers and cyclists, trails to access North and South side beaches are a short stroll away. We provide bicycles and sit on top kayaks to explore all that sunny, sandy Savary has to offer.

Step out on the deck to enjoy watching the bay, or a relaxing hot tub to unwind while enjoying the soothing ocean breeze. For the adventurers at heart, kayaks and paddle boards are available!

Spectacular Beachfront Cottage! Your own private cottage right on the beach, with views of Halfmoon Bay. This adult-only one bedroom cottage includes a cozy bedroom on the upper level, accessed by a spiral staircase. Fully furnished living room. Full kitchen with dining table. Relax on your private deck or under the shade of the arbutus trees and enjoy the views. One small to medium sized dog is welcome. Sorry, no cats. Maximum number of guests: 2
