Welcome to our cozy, comfortable and private tiny home. Experience the simplicity & freedom of small living. This tiny house is the perfect getaway for a unique and intimate experience. It has been designed with comfort and functionality in mind and all your essential needs. The tiny house is located in a peaceful setting, surrounded by nature, yet close to all the amenities you may need. We are located 5 min drive from the airport, a short walk to Kye Bay beach & 45 min drive to Mt Washington.

Our cozy guest cabin is nestled in the forest a five minute walk to the beach & near mountain biking trails. Dine Al fresco on the large patio! Access to the outdoor jacuzzi. Terrycloth robes supplied. Well equipped kitchen includes a full size fridge, convection oven, hotplate, microwave, grinder, coffee maker & outdoor propane BBQ. Indoor shower. Eco friendly Sun-Mar composting toilet in a separate building. There is a wall mounted Monitor (no cable) to connect to your devices.

Frolander Bay Resort - 袖珍小屋

Our Tiny Home has beautiful views of Frolander Bay and is nestled on a hill at the top of our 2.5 acre property. For those who enjoy the beach, it is only a quick walk down the street to Beach Access on Scotch Fir Point Road and less than a 5 minute drive to a lovely private beach at Canoe Bay. The Stillwater Bluffs are walking distance and worth checking out, especially on a clear day! We are located 10 mins from the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal and 25 mins to downtown Powell River.

Hiking and mountain biking trails are minutes away or just relax and enjoy the incredible sunsets. Amazing wildlife including orcas, whales, otters, seals, sea lions, eagles, are frequently spotted right out front. Our small, cozy cabin is full of retro, funky details and has a small kitchen area. Grocery store and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away.

Newly renovated, the space provides the feeling of a true cottage but with modern touches.

This cozy and ultra comfortable beach house is within day-trip distance to all Vancouver Island has to offer. We are a few minutes walk to Sunny Beach Road, a favourite beach spot amongst locals. A cafe, pub, ice cream shop, and many nature trails are all just a short walk away. The cottage is equipped with a queen size bed. A fold out cot is available for a 3rd guest.

We have a SMALL KITCHENETTE and NO STOVE more details about the kitchen below. The dock is completely off limits & not part of the rental. If you are caught using it on camera you will be asked to leave the rental immediately. No smoking.
