Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company. The "Brant" suite is a lovely two bedroom suite. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. The suite has one bath, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, gas fireplace, and a spacious living room overlooking the spectacular shoreline. The wrap around deck includes outdoor furniture to relax upon and Weber BBQ for cooking. Guests can enjoy a variety of floaty toys and two kayaks. Smart TV and WiFi are included in the rental.
