Starry nights are a panorama from the picture windows. Bedrooms are well appointed, and wifi is available to stay connected. The kitchen is fully outfitted, plus there is a BBQ on the deck. Fun and funky artists cottage with oceanfront, and panoramic views of Ladysmith Harbour and Woodley Range Ecological Reserve. Watch otters, seals and blue Herons as you sip your morning coffee on the covered deck. Use the 2 sit on top Kayaks and paddle board, included with your stay, to explore the harbour and the small islands across from the house. We live here and our home is compliant with the laws and bylaws for our area. There is a full kitchen and open, spacious dining and living areas.

This well laid out and spacious waterfront house, is perfect for a relaxing, sun drenched nature getaway. Walk/hike for hours, and enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and exploring the beach right from the house. Hang out on the endless decks, both up high, and down by the water until sunset. Observe wildlife: eagles, sea otters, herons and sometimes whales and dolphins!

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

The "Brant" suite is a lovely two bedroom suite. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. The suite has one bath, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, gas fireplace, and a spacious living room overlooking the spectacular shoreline. The wrap around deck includes outdoor furniture to relax upon and Weber BBQ for cooking. Guests can enjoy a variety of floaty toys and two kayaks. Smart TV and WiFi are included in the rental.
