The villa is located on An Thuong Foreign Street, surrounded by cafes, spas, restaurants, supermarkets, and bars. My Khe Beach is a 5-minute walk away. The airport is a 10-15 minute drive. The swimming pool measures 3.2m x 8m (1.4m deep). Purified water is available in the kitchen.
