From the bedroom you have access to a solarium where you could have your coffee in the morning. One bathroom with shower and heated floor. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances. Comfortable living room with TV and outdoor patio with a table and chairs. Shared laundry with stackable washer/dryer. You will have a private entrance that takes you to your garden suite. There is no access to the main part of the house. We are a family of 3 living upstairs. We are close to downtown Vancouver, around 25 min by car or there are direct buses from Deep Cove. You can enjoy the benefits of the slower pace of North Shore, while maintaining proximity to downtown Vancouver. You could also hike to Quarry Rock and enjoy the beautiful view. Great spot for all seasons. At summer time you can go for a hike on the woods, enjoy the beach or have a hamburger at the park. Two golf courses just a short 5 minute drive from the house. Winter is beautiful around here, you will be close to the Cypress, Grouse and specially Mount Seymor Ski hill. Whistler is not far if you want to go for a drive. And you can mountain bike all year! Other things around here: The Raven Pub – Great pizza! Excellent choice for a beer after a long day! Boat access only cabin surrounded by a coastal forest fjord. Fernleecove is one of a rare number of very private waterfront properties near Vancouver. Bookings are only offered with a guided boat taxi ride from Deep Cove, round trip included per booking. Generally guests remain at the cabin for the duration of their stay making it necessary to bring all groceries needed. Once at Fernleecove the property offers a natural setting to enjoy the ocean & woods from a comfortable cabin hideaway.
