Welcome to Casa Oceana. Located in the heart of Fajardo this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with open floor plan is the perfect vacation home. Seven Seas Beach, Bio Bay and a total of four marinas that are in this town are less than 10 minutes away. Restaurants and shopping plaza's are less than a 5 minute drive in any direction. Fajardo is 40 minutes to San Juan airport and metro area, 20 minutes to El Yunque rain forest and less than 10 Minutes to catch the ferry to Culebra and Vieques.

This spacious and luxurious, brand new two-bedroom home has a spectacular view to the ocean. In clear days you can even see the Island of Vieques. Las Gaviotas (The Seagulls) gated community is peaceful and safe. The home was built by a retired Navy Officer who sailed the world in the 50-60’s and fought in WWII. His home reminded him of his sailing days. You can seat outside to admire the ocean or have some night life at the Marina located near at the other side of the road.
