Hathaway House—a luxe 1850s barn perched-atop a hill—has panoramic Green Mountain views west that delight in every season, plus hot tub, sauna, chef's kitchen, fiber optic internet, & close to all. Play croquet in the garden, or ping pong or foosball ball in the Barn Game room. Enjoy dinner before the Great Room’s fire or grill on the deck and eat al fresco. You are surrounded by nature but 5 min to Quechee, 15 min to White River, Hanover, Woodstock, Lebanon; 35 min to Killington, Lake Sunapee.

This place is a dream. Please enjoy the outdoors and everything this amazing place has to offer. The pool will be reopened around May 2025 (weather dependent. It is a heated pool and salt water. Pool rules: absolutely no diving. No children under the age of 18 should be near or in the pool area without supervision under any circumstances. NO glassware by the pool. If there is an incident with glass near the pool area please tell our property manager immediately. If you need anything ask!

Lots of things to do in the area as well. The serene Indian Pond is located just down the road and it is ideal for swimming & kayaking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. Hike Mt. Moosilauke and enjoy stunning views, or hike Mt. Cube or Smarts Mountain for smaller fun family adventures.
