Your cottage is right beside the sea with private jetty and mooring in our own little Bay. Cook your meals in your fully equipped kitchen. Your hosts Marty and Sabine live close by. This is a beautiful, wild forested place with no roads or cars but rich with birdsong and silence. A great place to relax, swim, fish, walk or row in the bay. Sea access only. Pelorus Mail Boat service cheapest option charging $50 per person or half price for children 15 yrs or under. 3 private Havelock water taxis.

Remote Island Boutique Barn Accomodation

Unparalleled off-the-grid living in the outer Queen Charlotte Sounds in an original mussel farm barn renovated into boutique accommodation with three ensuite bedrooms, two reception rooms and an equipped kitchen nestled in acres of regenerating native bush with a short walk to the sea. Get here using your own boat or transfer by helicopter, water taxi or the Beachcomber Mailboat that leaves Picton every Wednesday. The mailboat can also deliver stores ordered online through Picton Fresh Choice.

If you are searching for a delightful, quaint accommodation for 2 to 4 persons, set in the heart of pretty picturesque Picton town - here is the answer-the Art Deco Apartments. Recently refurbished, this elegant two double bedroom, ground floor apartment, offers comfort with style and is fully equipped for your use. Free private carpark x2 available and apartment entrance is via a private and secure courtyard. One thing for sure, you will wish you had booked in for a longer stay at Number 2.

Crooked Gate Cottage

Crooked Gate cottage is set on our 7.6 acre, off the grid property. It is self contained with a kitchen, shower room and a log burner for cosy winter breaks. WIFI is now available but cell phone coverage is patchy. The Waikakaho Valley is 20 minutes from Blenheim and 30 minutes from Picton. It has a river boundary with a swimming hole just through the bottom gate. The river is said to still contain gold. The access to the cottage is flat. We have 3 sheep, 2 Alpacas and 3 Bernese Mountain Dogs.

Moenui Magic

In beautiful Moenui we have a typical kiwi north facing bach overlooking the Mahau Sound. It boasts a two bedroom house with a one bedroom and lounge Chalet, and an expansive deck that takes in full views of the water. There are many options to sit and take in gorgeous views from many vantage points around the property. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, opening out onto the deck. With a mooring, boat ramp to launch your boat, a local reserve and surrounding walks, you will fall in love.

The perfect spot for your next getaway. Located 10 minutes from Havelock and 45 minutes from Blenheim, on arrival you’ll find yourself surrounded by native bush and abundant bird life. Our Kayaks for your use, & our shoreline deck are a 2 minute walk down to the beach. A great spot to relax in the sun. Outdoor BBQ area and spa pool sets the scene for your relaxing break away. All sliding doors open up onto a large deck, perfect for soaking in the picturesque view. Our mooring may be available

Brand New 3brm holiday home with large deck, stunning sea views overlooking the Marlborough Sounds. The sea is 1 min walk.Free Wifi, kayaks, bbq, childrens swing and outdoor blackboard. 10 mins drive to Havelock, 25 mins to Picton along the world renowned Queen Charlotte Drive. 40 mins to Blenheim. The wineries are 20 mins away. Havelock is the Green Shell Mussel capital of the world. Restaurants, a four square supermarket, cafe, galleries, marina and scenic cruises are located here.

Very quite residential street fully fenced section with stunning views of bush covered hillsides. Room to park the boat up the drive. Great indoor outdoor flow you will love our outdoor entertainment area with Outdoor Kitchen fully equipped with a BBQ, Pizza Oven, Fridge Freezer, TV and more. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families, and small groups.

This unique place has a style all its own, from its recycled timber floors to its walls of diverse art and spectacular views from every room . Positioned at the end of the point in the middle of the bay you feel surrounded by sea views. A steep meandering path leads to the sea where swimming or the kayaks allow you to explore the bay. Come with all the provisions you need as you'll not want to leave once here, even if it's merely a 20 minute scenic drive to town
