Cozy, newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment, with its own entry in a 130 year old historic home. The space where this apartment is located was originally a woodworking shop for the owner of the home. It’s been converted to living space for several years now. Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

The cottage has two bedrooms and bathrooms with a large wraparound deck that leads you to a 200 ft private sand beach with dock. The cottage is fully equipped with Wi-fi, TV with Amazon fire Stick, BBQ as well as a washer and dryer. Come relax on the beach, or in the hammock. Cool off with a swim or fish off the dock. End the day with a bonfire on the beach.
