Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Ellis Cottage is a beautiful renovated character home built in circa 1890. Features of the cottage include polished floor boards and high ceilings. There is also a beautifully crafted modern extension at the rear with bifold doors. It's the perfect holiday vacation or business rental being ideally located in the inner city suburb of Glebe. The cottage sleeps up to 8 guests and is within walking distance to the Hobart CBD, Salamanca, Hobart waterfront and North Hobart restaurant and café strip.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

There is an outside deck for the exclusive use of guests.
