This is our home and we usually live here when we host guests. The kitchen is only available for heating water for drinks or reheating food in microwave We live between Queenstown and Arrowtown in Lake Hayes Estate, an established neighborhood of modern homes with mountain views. You can experience bee-keeping with Keith as we have 2 hives in our garden! A cafe (The Hayes)is within easy walking distance of our home. Two large shopping centers and the airport are within 10-15 minutes drive.

A short 20 minute drive to Wanaka or Cromwell, and 60 minutes to Queenstown, Matagouri Lodge Boutique B&B is a stones throw from some of Central Otago's finest wineries, fantastic ski fields, hiking and biking trails, farmers markets, quaint towns and so much more. A minimum two night stay includes breakfast. A gourmet evening meal and picnic lunches can be requested at time of booking.

Your room is budget friendly, at 9 sqr mtrs, with two king single beds, and a back garden view. Your room has a tv, with chrome cast facilities. bathrobes , a shared bathroom shower, with a separate toilet. Just 4 meters along the passage. This is shared with one other guest room. You have access to the lounge area, with uninterrupted mountain and lake outdoor patio, with seating. Spa pool. complimentary self service continental breakfast is provided. Access to a baby grand

Criffel Peak View, King size bed or 2 singles!

Criffel Peak View Bed and Breakfast is owned by Caroline and Suzie, we've been hosting guests since 2004! We look forward to meeting you :) This room is the second largest of our 3 rooms and is suitable for either a couple or 2 friends travelling together as we can split the king size bed into 2 single beds if you prefer. It has a spacious, new ensuite bathroom. A good hot breakfast is included, we have free fast WiFi and we're an easy 5-10 min walk to the town centre and shops.

Comfortable in Clyde

This small but perfectly formed space has all the amenities and style that a single person or couple need and is 1.4km, 12 min walk to Clyde Village and approx the same distance from Trail Journeys. The accommodation has its own, bedroom, bathroom, toilet, living room and entrance. The outdoor space is shared with the hosts. To add to the comfort of this charming space, the bed linen is pure cotton or linen with feather pillows and duvet. Continental breakfast items provided

Tinkers Lodge

A charming self-contained cottage newly renovated retaining the original baltic pine from the 1860s connected to a new house via a passageway. There is a generous entrance way & a living room leading to a quaint bedroom & a small kitchen & an ample and modern bathroom. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a wood burner plus an air conditioning unit in the living room. In addition the property has a properly fitted power source for a house bus/caravan.

The Loft @ Arrowtown Lodge For 1-3 Guests

A charming sunny room with a Double bed, Single bed and a small child’s bed. Perfect for a single occupant, couples or those travelling with young children. There is also access to a shared outdoor seating area in the garden. A Nespresso coffee machine is in the room. Our delicious home cooked breakfast is available as an add on ($25pp) to your booking. Arrowtown Lodge is located on a tree-lined street just a 2 minute stroll from the town centre.

Lake Hayes Sanctuary

No access to kitchen or laundry. Breakfast supplied in your room for you to prepare at your convenience. The bedroom has a queen bed with an electric blanket and sleeps a maximum of 2 people . The bathroom and seperate toilet both with underfloor heating, are located beside your room for your exclusive use, accessed from the hallway. Space not shared with any other guests. Free WiFi. Bed linen, towels, shampoo and body wash available for your use.
