El Aguacate is newly remodeled as of December 2023. it is an old charming and typical coffee farm house in the middle of Salento. Only 2 blocks from the main square and only steps to restaurants and local coffee shops. The house has free private parking for up to 3 cars and a patio bungalow to with an outside kitchen. The house is equipped with high speed internet access of 50mbps and Wifi throughout the house. The house has a big patio with avocado, plantain, guava and other trees.

La panorámica desde la piscina es una de las mas espectaculares de todo el Quindío. Capacidad máxima 16 huéspedes entre adultos y niños La tarifa incluye 2 empleadas . La camarera que hace la limpieza y la persona que prepara las comidas . El horario de las empleadas es de 7.30AM a 5.30 PM.
