A nice brightly furnished basement apartment only 2 min. from the 401. Beautiful backyard on the Moira River. Minutes from the Quinte Mall, Liquor store, Walmart, and restaurants. 5 min. to downtown The suite includes a queen bed, 3 piece bathroom, diningtable for 2, fridge/freezer, microwave, keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea kettle, convection oven, and toaster. Iron 5G speed network Hand painted wooden floors and fireplace. Original art pieces and handpainted paintings by my daughter.

Forest Yurt

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Stonehill Cottage with Room to Roam

Welcome to our 1845 cobblestone home! Completely renovated and rebuilt with your comfort in mind. We call it a cottage, but it's [now] a super well-built house with 100+ acres of fields, pond and trails to explore! An Ontario Parks summer pass is included for your use. When you book you'll see that HST is added to your nightly rate and cleaning fee, and a Municipal Accommodations Tax is added to your nightly rate only. Stays longer than 29 days are exempt from both of these taxes.

No running water. Dishpan + wash basin provided. Outdoor shower is seasonal, open May to Thanksgiving.

A perfectly located townhome in Quinte West in newer quiet neighbourhood. Convenient to Highway 401, Prince Edward County, Belleville, Trenton and Bay of Quinte. Close to Loyalist College and 8 wing. It offers a king primary suite with ensuite, and a second bedroom with a twin/double bunk. Amenities include all kitchen necessities, and BBQ. Laundry access and unlimited wifi!

Beautiful tiny home, (10 ft. x 10 ft. with a sleeping loft above),designed by an architect, set on the hillside in rural Ontario, just 4 K from the artsy town of Warkworth. 30 acres with walking trails through the woods, outhouse, warm water outdoor shower, large deck for star gazing, fire pit, small hot tub size cooling off pool in summer.

Our goal is to be sustainable on an acre & 1/2! We have 4 sheep 1 dog 2 cats and a bunch of chickens! The cabin is powered by solar enough for lights and cell phone charging.
