The price is included electricity, water, the private high speed internet and the cleaning service fees once a week. (NO EXTRA COST) The apartment is the personal apartment. (It's not a hotel) It's the comfortable studio room. Guests cross the street to the Rawai beach. There is everything you need during your stay such as variety of restaurants, grocery stores, motorcycle and car rentals, laundromats, massage parlors, etc. I offer the airport transfer with cost for you.
