Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. Die moderne Ferienwohnung ist inmitten der Altstadt der schönen Hafenstadt Rab auf der gleichnamigen Insel Rab gelegen. Sowohl den Strand, als auch die zahlreichen Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Altstadt erreicht man fußläufig in 5 Minuten. Die Ferienwohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen und hat auf jeder Etage ein eigenes Bad. My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, possibility to rent a boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and it has a own kitchen. Pet is 7€ per day.
