Nestled right between downtown Blacksburg (10min) and the New River (10min), there is so much to do and explore. A few miles off Prices Fork, close to gas/groceries yet between VT and RU! Owners operate a local tree business which presides on the property. *Price is for 2 guests. Add Guest $30/night. $50/per pet

Ginkgo Garden Getaway

Come relax with the whole family at this peaceful, cozy getaway! We have 4 beautiful bedrooms to accommodate your stay. Some of the special touches you’ll enjoy during your stay are a spacious fenced in yard so that your pup can run and play, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of quiet nooks to sit and relax in. Whether you’re having a winter stay and want to cozy up, or you’re enjoying the warm weather and exploring Virginia - we know you’ll love coming home to the Gingko Garden Getaway.

New River Trail Cottage

Built in 1880 by Dr. A.C. Shepherd, this historic cottage has served as a doctor’s office, a general store, and a boarding house. The cottage is located at marker p12 on the New River Trail. From the wrap around porch, you can listen to the rapids cascading into Claytor Lake. A boat launch is conveniently located less than 1/2 mile away offering free river access. (Please note that the river is not directly accessible from the property). It is the perfect location to play, relax, or both!

Cabin by the River

Constructed from two old tobacco barns (with fireplace), this property provides a unique experience-connecting the past & present. The cabin is surrounded by nature’s beauty and Big Reed Island river flows only feet from the front porch. Set on 32 acres, the cabin has a large porch with rocking chairs perfect to enjoy views of the river & mountains. New addition includes an outdoor shower! Please expect no internet, a TV for DVD/CDs only and limited cell reception. Truly unplug & relax.

Panoramic Lake Views, Pet-Friendly, 35 mins to VT!

Lakeview Hilltop–Adorable lake house with panoramic views of Claytor Lake, Virginia! Nestled on a 1-acre hill, this pet-friendly home features a newly renovated bathroom. Perfect for family/friends getaways or visits to Virginia Tech. Relax on the spacious patio, ideal for grilling, lawn games, and evenings by the fire pit. Kids will love the clubhouse with a slide, toys, and floats. Kayaks and life jackets available! Bring your lake gear, and unwind on our private dock for a true retreat!

T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Hydrangea Hideaway Studio Oasis *no cleaning fee

You will be close to everything, only a few minutes off I-81, 10 minutes to Radford University and 20 minutes to Virginia Tech. A King bed to take all your worries away with a sofa sleeper for a little extra room. There will be cold beverages in the fridge for you if you would like. **This is for a 1 bedroom basement studio with private entrance, 1st floor is occupied by the host or tenant. *Pets can be considered on a case by case basis…please message host for more details.*

Three-story Blue Ridge Yurt getaway

This three-story yurt is an architectural wonder, featuring bamboo floors, heat and a/c and other modern amenities. Situated on 3 private acres at the top of an end-state-maintenance road with streams and hiking paths, the property exemplifies the beauty and diversity of the Blue Ridge Mountains. A huge fenced dog pen and cozy dog house make it possible to travel in style with the whole furry fam, while outdoor deck seating makes it feel like a treehouse gathering. Why be square?!

Comfort and Convenience next to RU

A great place to stay for work or play! High speed internet to get things done and a comfortable place to have some fun. Located in the heart of the New River Valley and right next to Radford University's campus. You will be a short walk to everything RU has to offer, as well as shops, bars, restaurants and the local theater. You will also be a short drive from Radford's parks and trails, local wineries and breweries, tubing and golf, and only 20 minutes to Virginia Tech.

The Radford Dwelling

You will be centrally located to local attractions within Radford, along with Radford University and Virginia Tech. The Radford Dwelling is one block from the local walking/biking trails that take you through many parts of Radford including Wildwood Park, Bisset Park and down to Radford University. The Radford Dwelling is located on a dead end street with ample parking. Enjoy outdoor seating, an upstairs living room or a downstairs family room while you are visiting.

Wraparound Deck, Creekside Setting, Cozy Cabin

Located approx 15 min from I-77 and minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, this is the perfect spot for an evening of rest or as a home base for exploring overlooks, hiking trails, wineries, small mountain towns, and everything that makes this corner of Virginia so special. Listen to the sound of the water from the wraparound deck, relax in the private barrel sauna, or simply curl up with a good book while summer rain dances across the metal roof overhead.
