Charming 1 bedroom annex in a rural location

A self contained annex that can accommodate up to 4. The top floor is given over to the main double bedroom with views over the nearby woodland, while downstairs is a bathroom & open plan kitchen/ living area with a sofa bed that can sleep a further 2 people. The annex has dedicated parking & outside patio which makes the most of the countryside location. It is close by The Grove hotel, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Leavesden film studios, & links to London via public transport & the M25

Garden cabin

Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog & cats The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette/it is very basic- not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors Free parking nearby A train line not far behind the cabin-can be heard

Our out of the way location makes this an ideal relaxing break or a local longer stay for a film industry professional only a 10 minute drive to the Film Studios and Harry Potter studios We are lucky to have Prime Steakhouse the top restaurant in the area a 5 minute walk away not to mention 8 pubs within a 10 minute drive

The Harry Potter Studio Tour is 20 min drive away or settle in at the award winning Alford Arms pub in the nearby village.

Set on a working stable yard surrounded by private ancient woodland accessible to guests. Private fenced garden, however not secure on one side for a determined dog.

Little Knoll Barn in Harpenden, self catering

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed , travel cot & hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.
