Possibility to reserve 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people. No smoking inside. Sauna and organic morning coffee for extra charges. Free use of kitchen. The house is located in an area of cultural and ecological significance: several cafes, grocery stores, supermarkets, various service, restaurant and sports facilities. In the immediate vicinity the Old Town about 10 - 15 min, within walking distance; Kadriorg Park 5 min walk. Tram and bus stops nearby.

Selles madalate lagedega majas saad puhata kogu perega. NB! Lärmakad peod on rangelt keelatud!! Lisatasu eest on võimalik rentida saun (50€). Kümblustünn samuti lisatasu eest (60€). Kümbustünni puhul on vajalik 24h ette öelda, kui on soov kasutada! Trepil on nii üleval kui ka all korrusel turvaväravad. Terrassil grill, süsi palume endal kaasa võtta! Pererahvas elab samas hoovis, umbes 50m kaugusel! Palume öörahust kinni pidada! Öörahu 23:00-8:00!

Location in city center and 10 minutes walking distance to old town. Very easily accessible to everywhere in Tallinn. Next to the nicest park in Tallinn so it is very quiet area but from walking distance from the main attractions of the city. Neighborhood is very peaceful. Grocery store is 3minutes walking distance, local fresh food market is 2min walking distance.
